1. Introduction

 

 

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by MJH Imports. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

MJH Imports operates as both:

 

• A vehicle dealer (for stock vehicles), and

• A sourcing agent (for imported vehicles)

 

 

 

 

2. Our Services

 

 

 

2.1 Vehicle Sales (Stock Vehicles)

 

Vehicles listed as “in stock” are sold directly by MJH Imports. These vehicles may be sourced from the UK or imported and prepared for sale.

 

 

2.2 Vehicle Sourcing & Import Service

 

For import services, MJH Imports acts as a sourcing agent on behalf of the client, not the legal seller of the vehicle.

 

We:

 

• Source vehicles from Japanese auctions and suppliers

• Provide estimates and advice

• Arrange shipping, import, and registration

 

 

We do not own the vehicle during this process unless otherwise stated.

 

 

 

3. Payments

 

 

 

3.1 Deposit

 

A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin sourcing. This secures our time and service.

 

 

3.2 Full Payment (Imports)

 

Before any bidding or purchase:

 

• The client must provide full cleared funds

• MJH Imports will not bid without full financial confirmation

 

 

 

3.3 Payment Structure

 

Depending on the transaction:

 

• The client may pay suppliers directly, or

• Funds may be held and used by MJH Imports on the client’s behalf

 

 

All costs will be clearly outlined before commitment.

 

 

 

4. Pricing & Fees

 

 

• All estimates are based on current exchange rates, auction prices, and shipping costs

• Final costs may vary due to:

   

  • Exchange rate fluctuations

  • Shipping surcharges

  • Import duties and taxes

   

 

 

MJH Imports service fees will always be clearly stated.

 

 

 

5. Auction & Purchase Risk

 

 

• Auction vehicles are sold as seen

• Descriptions and grades are provided by third parties

• MJH Imports provides guidance but cannot guarantee condition

 

 

Once a vehicle is successfully purchased:

 

• The transaction is final and binding

• The client is responsible for completing payment

 

 

 

 

6. Cancellations

 

 

• Deposits are non-refundable

• If a client withdraws after purchase, they remain responsible for the vehicle

 

 

MJH Imports is not liable for losses resulting from client cancellation.

 

 

 

7. Delivery & Timelines

 

 

Typical import timelines:

 

• 8–16 weeks from purchase to delivery

 

 

Delays may occur due to:

 

• Shipping schedules

• Port delays

• Customs processing

 

 

These are outside of our control.

 

 

 

8. Liability

 

 

MJH Imports is not liable for:

 

• Third-party delays

• Shipping damage (covered by shipping insurance where applicable)

• Mechanical issues after delivery

 

 

 

 

9. Vehicle Registration

 

 

We assist with UK registration, but:

 

• The vehicle will be registered in the client’s name

• The client is responsible for insurance and compliance post-delivery

 

 

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

 

 

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
